We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our ANZ regulatory team. About the Role As our Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will lead regulatory strategy and product compliance across Australia and New Zealand. You will work closely with APVMA, TGA, Medsafe, and AICIS, managing submissions, approvals, and ongoing compliance activities. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with internal partners across R&D, Sales, Marketing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Global Regulatory Affairs to ensure successful product development and lifecycle management. What You’ll Do Lead regulatory strategy and submissions for ANZ across products regulated by APVMA, TGA, Medsafe, and AICIS. Build and maintain strong, constructive working relationships with regulatory agencies. Lead and mentor team members, fostering a high-performance culture within the regulatory function. Guide cross-functional teams on regulatory pathways, compliance requirements, claims, labelling, and safety data needs. Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders, enabling informed and timely decision-making. Support lifecycle management, including variations, renewals, and compliance reviews. Contribute to global regulatory initiatives, ensuring alignment with Ecolab’s standards and strategy. About You Extensive regulatory experience within chemical, pharmaceutical, agricultural, or related industries. Demonstrated experience working with APVMA, TGA, Medsafe, and AICIS frameworks, including submissions and product lifecycle management. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to coach, support, and inspire team members. A strong collaboration mindset, with the ability to build productive partnerships internally and externally. Skilled at navigating complex regulatory environments with sound judgement and proactive problem-solving. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Why Ecolab?
