Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biology, biomedical sciences, biochemistry, or a closely related discipline.
At least 2 years of hands-on research or laboratory experience involving primary data analysis and scientific protocols.
Demonstrated expertise in protocol-driven, multi-source scientific workflows.
Strong scientific reasoning, source synthesis, and methodological evaluation skills.
Strong written English skills, with experience drafting or reviewing scientific documentation.
Familiarity with diverse data formats, including CSVs, spreadsheets, PDFs, and technical documents.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to rubric fidelity, supporting high-quality and objective task design.
