Description

The EPR Regulatory Analyst will support and contribute to the team’s success by providing analysis, planning, development, and support of the policies, processes, and procedures underpinning EPR.

EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field.
  • 3 – 5+ years of experience and proven results with business/data analytics and relevant project management experience is considered an asset.
  • Skilled in using Office 365 applications, with strong Excel experience.
  • Proven analytical abilities, including translating data into actionable insights, and experience with Power BI and other data analytic software.
  • Proficient in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • Knowledge of business process optimization and workflow analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Meticulous, autonomous, show initiative, and have good analytical skills.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly productive and flexible in adapting to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze business processes and data workflows, identifying areas of opportunity and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collect and perform analyses of data sets related to EPR program volumes, including material flows and logistics.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to research issues in the functionality and interoperability of EPR integration.
  • Create comprehensive documentation to ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate SOP documentation.
  • Support the development and analysis of business processes to support EPR.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and data analysis to support leadership in making informed and strategic decisions.
  • Use rational and systematic techniques to inform and guide recommendations.
  • Support the Manager in identifying areas for process optimization and efficiency, recommend process improvements, and assist in their implementation.
