Apply your expertise in change management and strategic communications, as well as your deep knowledge about Life Science & Healthcare industry to drive complex change initiatives and shape the future of our organization.
As the Regulatory Change & Communications Expert, you will play a pivotal role in developing, designing, and executing change strategies that foster and enhance business performance in relation to a very volatile market environment that is characterized by multiple challenges like e.g., digital transformation and emerging regulations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will optimize change & communication strategies, mitigate risks, and drive regulatory excellence.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Develop and drive structured change management strategies for critical regulatory transformation initiatives, such as the Chemical Strategy for Sustainability (CSS from the European Green Deal).
  • Analyze, develop and adapt the current and future state of the critical initiatives across Life Science.
  • Develop change management plans, communication measure, engagement activities, and enablement formats for impacted stakeholders based on a framework-oriented change impact analysis
  • Develop, create and provide the necessary change management resources and tools for our stakeholders
  • Drive the development of change management best practices, enabling the organization to apply industry standard principles and tools.
