Regulatory Complaints Support Associate – Contractor
Location: Lake Mary, FL

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented contractor to join our Regulatory Response team. This role plays a critical part in the intake, triage, and shipping of regulatory complaints, helping ensure the Firm meets strict deadlines for responding to regulators. Responsibilities
Manage the intake and logging of regulatory complaints as they are received
Triage and route complaints to appropriate internal teams for resolution
Track and monitor complaint status to ensure compliance with Firm and regulatory deadlines
Assist with the preparation and shipping of complaint responses and supporting documentation
Maintain accurate, complete records in compliance with internal standards
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
Support additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work effectively under time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, even when performing repetitive tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience in a regulatory, compliance, or operations environment preferred but not required
Proficiency with standard business tools (e.g., Google Workspace)
