You’ll be a trusted partner across Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams, translating complex regulations into practical, workable solutions that protect people, products, and the planet. This position is based at our Bend, Oregon headquarters, with periodic domestic and international travel, and reports directly to the Senior Director, Global Regulatory Affairs. Job Description What You’ll Do As a Regulatory & Environmental Compliance Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products, facilities, and operations comply with environmental, health, and safety requirements, while helping the business move forward responsibly. You will: Support regulatory submissions, registrations, renewals, and documentation for products, ingredients, and manufacturing activities in collaboration with global teams Maintain accurate regulatory records, permits, certifications, and compliance documentation Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations related to waste management, emissions, chemical handling, and required reporting Support internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries, including preparation and follow-up actions Partner closely with Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to embed compliance into processes, procedures, and product development Monitor, interpret, and clearly communicate evolving regulatory and environmental requirements Track regulatory changes and assess potential business impacts, risks, and mitigation strategies Help develop training materials and educate employees on regulatory and environmental compliance expectations Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen compliance systems, reduce risk, and enhance sustainability performance How This Role Grows This role is designed to grow with you—and with the business.
