Join our customer’s team as a Regulatory & Compliance Frameworks - AI trainer and make a significant impact by shaping the next generation of legal AI models. In this fully remote role, you will leverage your legal expertise to guide and train advanced AI systems, ensuring they reflect the highest standards of regulatory and compliance knowledge.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • PhD or master’s degree in law.
  • Located in the United States and deeply familiar with US regulatory and compliance frameworks.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear and precise legal documentation.
  • Experience interpreting and analyzing complex legal and regulatory documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced team environment.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology, AI, and their applications to legal workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive legal training materials for AI model development, with a focus on regulatory and compliance frameworks.
  • Review, analyze, and annotate legal documents to enhance the learning and accuracy of AI models.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and fellow legal experts to translate complex legal concepts into structured, actionable training data.
  • Assess, test, and validate AI outputs to ensure alignment with legal standards and regulatory best practices.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on US regulations, compliance issues, and evolving legal frameworks.
  • Document processes, feedback, and improvements to continuously optimize AI model performance.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly, both in writing and verbally, to diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
