Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Intern with a law background to support our Regulatory Compliance team. The role offers exposure to regulatory frameworks governing fintech and payments in India and involves working on compliance monitoring, policy drafting, and regulatory updates. What You Will Do: * Assist in reviewing and interpreting RBI guidelines, IT Act, PMLA, FEMA, and other applicable laws for fintech and * payment services. * Support in regulatory compliance documentation, including policy drafting, review, and maintenance. * Conduct research on emerging regulatory trends, circulars, and guidelines issued by RBI and other regulators. * Assist in compliance risk assessments and periodic audits. * Help track regulatory reporting timelines and maintain relevant records. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders for compliance implementation. What You Will Need: * Recent law graduates with interest in fintech, banking regulations, or financial services law. * Strong research and analytical skills. * Basic understanding of RBI regulations, fintech laws, or payments ecosystem is preferred. * Good communication skills (written & verbal).

Responsibilities

The intern will support the Regulatory Compliance team by reviewing RBI guidelines and drafting compliance policies. They will also conduct research on emerging fintech trends and assist with risk assessments and audits.
