Description
Responsibility for the compliance function in accordance with the MaRisk requirements, including the creation of the risk analysis and the control plan, as well as the execution of monitoring activities.
Identification of the key legal regulations and requirements, non-compliance with which could jeopardize the institution's assets.
Advising management and specialist departments on all compliance-relevant, legal and regulatory requirements.
Coordination of new product and new market processes
Regulatory reporting requirements in accordance with the German Banking Act (KWG) and the German Notification Ordinance (AnzV)
Regular and ad hoc reporting to management, the advisory board and internal audit.
Overall responsibility for the creation and further development of the organizational manual
Implementation and further development of appropriate outsourcing management
Supporting departments with internal and legal requirements for outsourcing.

Training of employees on compliance topics
