You’ll make an impact by:

- Providing pragmatic regulatory compliance advice and constructive challenge to business leaders across strategic initiatives and day‑to‑day operations

- Leading the effective management and continuous improvement of the Bank's Obligations Management Framework and Obligations Register

- Identifying and assessing emerging regulatory changes, helping the business understand impacts and prepare for implementation

- Conducting compliance oversight reviews and thematic assessments to strengthen enterprise compliance outcomes

- Preparing high‑quality governance reporting for senior leadership, Risk Committees and the Board

- Building trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business, acting as a valued compliance subject matter expert

- Supporting the development of policies, standards and compliance frameworks to ensure they remain contemporary and fit for purpose

- Representing Great Southern Bank at industry forums, regulatory engagements and external compliance networks
