Description Marsh Furniture Company, a family-owned cabinetry manufacturer with a 120 years legacy of continuous operation, is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to oversee and manage all environmental and safety programs across our organization. This role ensures full compliance with all applicable state and federal environmental and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience and working knowledge in the following areas: Environmental Compliance Annual Title V Certification NESHAP Continuous Compliance Status Reporting PSD (Prevention of Significant Deterioration) Reporting PSD Avoidance Reporting Air Emissions Inventory Reporting Hazardous Waste Disposal and Reporting Tier II and Form R Reporting Stormwater Compliance Environmental Remediation Stack Testing for Air Emissions from wood-fired boiler Safety & Operational Compliance OSHA Compliance Required employee training across various safety and environmental topics Supervision and leadership of an active Safety Committee Preparation for and management of all regulatory inspections Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree or comparable experience, certifications in regulatory affairs or compliance management are preferred. Proven experience in compliance management Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, Compliance reporting and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Familiarity with manufacturing & controls processes and quality assurance principles. Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives effectively. Strong attention to detail in documentation and reporting. Effective communication skills for training staff and liaising with regulatory agencies. This position is integral to maintaining our organization's reputation for excellence in regulatory compliance while supporting innovative research and product development efforts
Responsibilities
