Description

Regulatory Submissions & Engagement
Engage with GCGRA on regulatory submissions, queries and approvals, including preparing responses and supporting regulatory discussions.
Lead preparation of regulatory submissions to GCGRA, including product approvals, internal control updates, waiver requests and formal notifications.
Draft and coordinate responses to regulatory information requests and queries.
Manage regulatory timelines, dependencies and submission documentation.
Support and contribute to regulatory meetings and engagements.
Regulatory Advice
Provide practical regulatory advice to support product development, technology changes and commercial initiatives.
Identify regulatory approval requirements and timing considerations early in project lifecycles.
Translate regulatory requirements into clear guidance for Product, Technology, Operations and Commercial teams.
Escalate material regulatory risks appropriately.
Business Partnering
Act as a key regulatory contact for the Commercial Gaming team.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure initiatives are structured in a regulatorily compliant manner.
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory requirements are correctly implemented in products and processes.
