• Call Monitoring & Compliance: Review inbound and outbound customer calls to ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
• Issue Identification & Resolution: Identify compliance concerns, flag potential risks, and escalate issues to management for corrective action.
• Regulatory Adherence: Stay updated on federal, state, and industry regulations, ensuring company-wide compliance.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of compliance checks, call evaluations, and resolution efforts for audits and reporting.
• Process Improvement: Work with legal and management teams to refine compliance protocols and training initiatives.
• Trend Analysis: Analyze call data to identify recurring compliance issues and recommend solutions.

Online Reputation Management: Monitor and manage company presence on review platforms (Google, BBB, Trust Pilot, Yelp, Consumer Affairs), professionally addressing customer feedback and escalating concerns when needed.

• Quality Assurance Development: Assist in refining company-wide quality assurance guidelines to maintain high service standards.
