To support this journey, we are strengthening our team with a Regulatory Compliance Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring our products meet regulatory requirements across global markets. This is a unique opportunity to join early in an international scaling journey and help build robust compliance processes that enable efficient market access for innovative hardware products. In this role, you will work closely with R&D, product, and operations teams, as well as external certification bodies and test laboratories, to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations. You will contribute across the full product lifecycle from development and testing to certification, documentation, and ongoing regulatory follow-up in existing and new markets. Key Responsibilities Secure market clearances for hardware products, including: CE marking FCC grants Other regional regulatory approvals and certifications Support R&D teams in developing products that comply with applicable regulatory requirements from the early design phase through product release Coordinate certification and compliance activities with external test labs and certification partners Interpret and apply relevant standards and regulations for different markets and regions Contribute technical expertise to develop robust and compliant hardware solutions Maintain regulatory documentation and support technical file preparation Help establish scalable compliance processes as Monil expands internationally We Are Looking For Someone Who Has experience working with regulatory compliance and certification of electronic or hardware products Understands international regulatory frameworks and standards for product compliance Has technical competence within hardware/electronics development Can collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and external partner teams Is structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple certification processes simultaneously Enjoys solving technical and regulatory challenges in a fast-growing environment Why Join Monil?
