We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist who is passionate about data, insight and improvement. This role offers real autonomy and the chance to make your mark. Shift hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm About the role - Mō te tūranga This role sits at the intersection of compliance, risk, health & safety and analytics, and plays a critical part in strengthening regulatory outcomes and enabling better decision‑making across the business. Reporting into the compliance function, you’ll work closely with compliance, risk, health & safety and operational stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights that influence decision‑making. Key responsibilities include: Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards for compliance, risk and H&S reporting Analysing complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, gaps and emerging risks Developing and interpreting lead and lag indicators Conducting root cause analysis and evaluating the effectiveness of controls and treatments Translating complex data into clear, compelling stories for non‑technical stakeholders Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across compliance and safety What will you bring? – Ōu Pūkenga?
