In this role, you’ll work closely with the senior regulatory team to prepare and submit dossiers, manage ongoing authorisations, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory frameworks. You’ll act as a key liaison between internal teams, regulatory authorities, and local regulatory contacts to secure and maintain product approvals.

  • A degree in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or a related subject.
  • Proven experience in regulatory affairs – ideally within the Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR).
  • Strong understanding of UK and EU regulations. If you bring ROW regulatory knowledge, this is highly desirable.
  • An understanding of the commercial and operational pressures of working in regulatory affairs.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

  • Regulatory Compliance – Keep up to date with territory-specific requirements and ensure products remain compliant.
  • Internal Support – Provide guidance on regulatory requirements to colleagues across the business.
  • Health & Safety – Follow company H&S procedures and contribute to a safe working environment.
  • Support additional reasonable business requests as required.
