Job Summary Are you passionate about fragrance creation and developing the fragrances of tomorrow? Where You’ll Make a Difference Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with customer requirements for scent products across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Collaborate closely with perfumers, scent design managers, account teams, and customers to navigate evolving regulatory landscapes. Provide regulatory support for fragrances and ingredients, including documentation and compliance reviews. Manage data within compliance systems and proactively prepare for upcoming regulatory changes. Deliver internal and external presentations to articulate and execute the Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) strategy. Build strong relationships with customers, guiding them through the regulatory aspects of scent. Work on-site at the European Creative Center in Neuilly-sur-Seine (Paris) 3–4 days per week. What Makes You the Right Fit Minimum 8 years of experience in a regulatory compliance role within the fragrance industry. Strong solution-oriented mindset with strategic agility and innovative thinking. Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally. Fluent in English and French, with excellent communication and presentation skills. Skilled in Excel and data manipulation, with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities. Comfortable working across departments and with external associations. Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines. Experience reviewing fragrance formulas for compliance and preparing customer documentation. How You Would Stand Out Previous people management experience. In-depth knowledge of EU Cosmetics Regulation and global cosmetic regulations (e.g., Proposition 65, CARB VOC, Australia, China).
