Regulatory Manager   Position Summary: The Regulatory Manager is responsible for managing regulatory activities at the country level for crop protection products. This role focuses on product submission, registration, and ensuring regulatory compliance with government regulations. The Regulatory Manager will collaborate with global regulatory teams, development managers, and external agencies to maintain and secure new product registrations, ensuring that all activities align with relevant regulations. Role Responsibilities: To manage the portfolio of registrations at country level, full responsibility of the maintenance of the current portfolio (pesticide and few fertilizers) • To manage the applications for new registrations or extension of uses in the countries (checking the dossier, national addenda, part A, national requirements) • To cooperate with the product scientists in case of local studies required • Able to manage relationship with consultants and CRO • Fully responsible of the budget for the assigned countries • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the regions/cou ntries (new regulation, process, contacts) • Knowledge of the regulatory dossier under reg 1107/2009 • To be responsible of the regulatory compliance of products in the regions/countries (labels, promotional materials, mkt support etc.) • To develop relationships with local regulatory, advocacy activity • Manage the company database and relevant information (products/submissions/ related documentation) * To manage the  portfolio of registrations at country level, full responsibility of the maintenance of the current portfolio (pesticide and a few fertilizers) * To manage the applications for new registrations or extension of uses in the countries (checking the dossier, national addenda, part A, national requirements) * To cooperate with the product scientists in case of local studies required * Able to manage relationship with consultants and CRO * Fully responsible of the budget for the assigned countries * Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the regions/countries (new regulation, process, contacts) * Knowledge of the regulatory dossier under reg 1107/2009 * To be responsible of the regulatory compliance of products in the regions/countries (labels, promotional materials, mkt support etc.) * To develop relationships with local regulatory, advocacy activity  * Manage the company database  and relevant information (products/submissions/ related documentation) Education:  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Biology, or a related science field preferred. Experience / Skills / Abilities:  • Detail-oriented with strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines.  • Effective problem-solving skills and a good understanding of agrochemical science and registration processes.  • Ability to interact with regulatory agencies and lead communications to facilitate reviews and approvals.  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of visionary and goal-oriented teams.  • High energy and a willingness to learn and commit additional effort as required. Job Expectations / Working Conditions:  • Ability to travel as needed to attend regulatory meetings, forums, and support the product portfolio.  • Must be able to work with a wide range of teams and maintain compliance with evolving regulatory standards.
