Responsibilities:
- Independent analyses of whether and how various regulatory requirements are met in relevant areas of the cash and derivatives market
- Development of suitable measures to meet these requirements in close coordination with the subject matter experts of respective departments, legal affairs, compliance, and necessary areas of IT
- Serve as contact person for internal and external interfaces for questions concerning topics of regulation
- Serve as contact person for supervisory authorities at national or international level
- Coordinate and maintain the Tax Governance framework implemented for cash and derivatives market
- Support the implementation of an appropriate Risk Management Framework for the exchange operators Eurex Frankfurt AG and Deutsche Börse AGPresentation of relevant information and topics for information and/or decision-making to the Management Boards of Eurex Deutschland and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange as well as other committees where applicable
