Responsibilities
  • Regulatory Monitoring & Implementation
  • Develop and maintain processes to identify and assess new regulatory developments, in European as well as in third-country jurisdictions
  • Analyze national and international regulations (e.g., EMIR, Dodd-Frank, CPMI-IOSCO Principles) and assess their impact on Eurex Clearing’s business model
  • Support the implementation and documentation of regulatory requirements across the organization
  • Authority Relationship Management
  • Act as a key contact for national and European supervisory authorities (e.g., Deutsche Bundesbank, BaFin, ESMA)
  • Coordinate and manage regulatory interactions, including responses to consultations and requests
  • Ensure quality assurance in regulatory correspondence and maintain structured communication on service and product developments
  • Business Support & Strategic Initiatives
  • Advise internal stakeholders on regulatory risks and obligations
  • Support global licensing efforts and regulatory stream leads in business initiatives
  • Ensure ongoing compliance through internal guidelines and documentation
