Job Description Maintain regular communication with BTRC for approvals on new promotions, packages, tariffs, VAS, and MFS services. Ensure timely submission of all regulatory documents, NOCs, and offer intimations to BTRC. Monitor regulatory trends and anticipate potential policy changes affecting the business. Ensure full compliance with BTRC directives, guidelines, and audit requirements. Coordinate with internal teams to implement new tariffs, directives, and regulatory instructions accurately and on time. Support Technology, Commercial, and other departments in securing necessary regulatory approvals and resolving related issues. Provide BTRC-required technical or commercial information by liaising with relevant internal teams. Engage in external stakeholder communication through AMTOB to align on industry issues and regulatory matters. Represent company interests by advocating structured, compliant, and consistent communication with government and industry bodies. Academic Qualification Bachelor Degree. (BBA, B.Sc in EEE/CSE is preferred) Job Experience Required Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience. Required Capabilities Expert knowledge of regulatory policies and guideline Expert knowledge of mobile networks systems architecture Sound understanding of socio-economic changes Sound knowledge on global best practices, technology evolution and ITU & GSMA studies, advocacy and developments Sound knowledge of the complete value chain of telecom business Basic knowledge of Financial analysis and subsequent understanding of the results Data analytics capability.
