Job Description Purpose of the role To implement data quality process and procedures, ensuring that data is reliable and trustworthy, then extract actionable insights from it to help the organisation improve its operation, and optimise resources. Accountabilities Investigation and analysis of data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification. Execution of data cleansing and transformation tasks to prepare data for analysis. Designing and building data pipelines to automate data movement and processing. Development and application of advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and AI, to solve complex business problems. Documentation of data quality findings and recommendations for improvement. Join us as a Regulatory Reporting Data Manager, where you will work in a fast-paced environment to automate reporting requirements, identify process improvements, and ensure all NFRR submissions are delivered accurately and within strict timelines. It is an exciting time to join a newly established Corporate Operations team responsible for delivering and executing Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) for the Corporate business. This team plays a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance while driving innovation and efficiency across reporting processes. To be successful as a Regulatory Reporting Data Manager you should have: Operations experience, ideally within Corporate Banking. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to deliver objectives at pace. The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment. Some other highly valued skills may include: Experience in project management or involvement in change initiatives. Knowledge of Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting processes, production, or automation improvements. Considerable stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior audiences. You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills. This role will be located at our Dublin office.
