This role, within the second line of the company’s three lines of defence risk management model, will support management to manage regulatory compliance risks and oversee the first line of defence. The position plays a key role in promoting a culture of integrity and compliance across both retail and online licensed entities.
The Regulatory Engagement team is a small team responsible for coordinating and responding to regulatory data and information requests within externally led deadlines, while also ensuring the accurate maintenance of our gambling-related licences.
The Regulatory Reporting Officer will assist both the Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer and Senior Compliance Manager ensure that all regulatory reporting obligations and licensing requirements are met accurately within a timely manner.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong understanding of LCCP requirements, relevant guidance and best practices
  • Experience with UK, Gibraltar and Jersey licensing requirements
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for ensuring data accuracy
Responsibilities
  • Monitor changes in GB and Gibraltar gambling regulations
  • Assist in coordinating, compiling and submitting regulatory reports for monthly, quarterly and annual data submissions
  • Administrator/ gate keeper for the Gambling Commission eService’s portal
  • Manage/assist in project related Regulatory Compliance tasks throughout the business
  • Assist in compiling, drafting and delivering the submission of regulatory notifications/Key Events and S.122 responses
  • Assist in investigations into potential compliance/risk incidents
  • Advise the business on Compliance and licensing matters
  • Assist with licence applications and renewals for GB, Gibraltar, and Jersey jurisdictions
