Description
G MASS Consulting are partnered with a leading Hedge Fund, as they seek an experienced Transaction & Regulatory Reporting professional to join their New York office. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to combine deep regulatory reporting expertise with, business as usual, business analysis and project management responsibilities. Responsibilities include: Oversee daily trade and transaction reporting across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions (CFTC, SEC, EMIR, MiFID II, ASIC, MAS, etc.). Review and reconcile reported data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of submissions. Monitor and resolve exceptions and reporting breaks, escalating issues where appropriate. Maintain strong control frameworks and documentation for all reporting processes. Collaborate with Compliance and Technology to interpret new regulatory requirements and implement effective solutions. Involvement in initiatives to automate and streamline reporting workflows. Lead requirements gathering, UAT, and implementation for reporting system enhancements and new product rollouts. Support audit and regulatory queries by providing accurate reporting data and documentation. 5+ years’ experience in regulatory or transaction reporting within a hedge fund (preferred), asset manager, or investment bank. Strong knowledge of global reporting regimes (CFTC, SEC, EMIR, MiFID II, etc.) and relevant data structures. Proven track record in BA/PM delivery, including defining requirements, managing projects, and supporting system implementations. Strong understanding of OTC derivatives, fixed income, and/or equities trade flows. Salary: to be discussed
