GENERAL SUMMARY

This position supports the enterprise as part of the Data Analysis and Reporting Team (DART). DART is responsible for centralized efforts servicing external and internal reporting requirements. This centralized service provides accurate analysis and reporting of academic, outcomes, and student data for external regulators, PEC leadership and its business units.

  • Expert level of Excel proficiency and data manipulation required
  • Demonstrated experience with Student Information System data extraction (e.g. CampusVue/Nexus)
  • Ability to multitask, establish and rearrange priorities, and maintain focus in a fast-paced fluctuating environment
  • Comprehension and flexibility towards varying metric methodologies including but not limited to, employment, enrollment, graduation and retention
  • Interdepartmental collaborator with strong customer service appreciation
  • Ability to apply concepts and ideas without having direct control or responsibility in all instances

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience: Minimum

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least three years of experience working with higher education academic data, processes and student information system functionality

Education and Experience: Preferred

  • Experience collecting data to satisfy external requirements for regulators of higher education
  • HLC, IPEDS, state/programmatic regulator working knowledge (e.g. Arizona, Georgia, CCNE, ACBSP, AAQEP) or other data reporting experience
  • Career services/employment data proficiency
  • Audit experience
  • SQL working knowledge or experience
