We help clients build resilient, compliant, and forward-looking businesses which are set up for regulatory compliance Purpose-led work you’ll be part of As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will contribute to high-impact risk and regulatory projects that shape the future of our clients’ businesses, supporting them in designing and enhancing their frameworks to meet evolving regulatory expectations. Responsibilities include: Designing or enhancing Compliance and Risk Frameworks, including policies and procedures to support our client’s regulatory agenda Partnering with our financial services clients on strategic initiatives linked to existing and new regulation and guiding them on regulatory engagement and commitments, such as large-scale remediation & transformation projects Interpretation and implementation of upcoming regulations e.g. CPC Reviewing client documentation relative to our client’s regulatory environment Supporting and guiding our clients throughout the market entry authorisation process Supporting PwC senior management across various business development initiatives Supporting the Financial Services Risk and Regulatory consulting team in developing go to market thought leadership publications on a variety of compliance topics such as Consumer Protection, Outsourcing etc. Experiences and skills Degree qualified, a recognised compliance qualification, a distinct advantage Minimum 3 years’ industry or consulting experience in Compliance environment, with a strong understanding of the Irish conduct regulatory landscape including CPC, SME, CCMA, GDPR, F&P, MiFID etc. Recognised project management qualifications would be desirable An analytical mind-set and ability to draw insights from data for solutioning and value business outcomes coupled with effective communication and report writing skills. A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality High level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
