JOB SUMMARY

The Rehabilitation Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the rehabilitation services within our facility. This position is responsible for managing the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and leading a team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership skills along with experience in human resources and supervising staff. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of rehab clinic functioning, communication, computer skills, and budgeting processes to effectively manage departmental resources.

EXPERIENCE

• Prior experience or willingness to learn and play the expected role appropriately within a healthcare setting is required.
• Communicating with medical clinics / doctors on an ongoing basis to promote our services.
• Experience with human resources functions such as hiring, training, and employee relations is preferred.

• Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation Center.

• Collaborate with all healthcare professionals to develop integrated treatment plans for patients.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training to staff members.
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for the rehab clinic.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in rehabilitation services.
• Liaison with doctors around the clinic and promote our services.
