We are a vibrant rehab provider who is seeking for health professionals to work in the field of Personal Injury. You will be using your clinical knowledge to assist in the injury management of different portfolios under different health and insurance schemes. We are open to considering both experienced clinicians and new graduates for this role. Attractive salary packages are offered based on qualifications and relevant experiences.

Essential criteria:

• Must be an Ahpra accredited allied health professional such as PT, OT, EP, PT, RC, RN or Social Worker.
• Must hold a valid membership with its own professional association.
• Preferably with at least 1 year relevant industry experience, but not essential.
• Full training is provided for new graduate or qualified professions with no prior experience in this field.

Your duties include but not limited to:

• Conduct Injury Management to all jurisdictions eg. CTP, WorkCover, Comcare, Life Insurance etc.
• Conduct relevant assessments, formulate strategies and recommendations to benefit the case.
• Liaison with all stakeholders, i.e insurers, employers, and treating medical professionals to facilitate effective rehabilitation outcomes.
• Professional report writing.

The successful applicants must possess/be:

• Proven competency in completing assessment and writing report within a timeframe.
• Advanced communication skills with ability to liaise with all stakeholders.
• Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise task.
• A valid driving license and a reliable car.
