Description Briarwood Community Living Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Rehab Director – Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to lead our therapy department while providing high-quality rehabilitative services to our residents. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department. Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans under the direction of the Physical Therapist. Provide therapeutic exercises and activities to residents. Monitor, document, and communicate resident progress. Ensure accurate and timely EMR documentation. Educate residents and families regarding treatment plans and therapeutic equipment. Coordinate therapy services with interdisciplinary team members. Maintain compliance with all facility, state, and federal regulations. Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and resident-centered care. Ensure a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment. Perform additional duties as assigned. Current PTA license in the state of employment. Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or rehabilitation experience preferred.
