Overview The Rehab clinical education coordinator is responsible for supporting the leadership team in the development, implementation and evaulation of rehabilitation-specific staff education and data-driven performance initiatives. This role ensuresw adequate clinical education, regulatory compliance, supports IRF documentation integrity, and aligns educational programming with quality outcomes. The position is under the supervision of the executive director and functions in close collaboration with PPS coordinator, the DON (director of nursing), the DOO (director of operations), and executive director to advance clinical excellence, regulatory readiness, and interdisciplinary performace improvement across the hospital. This position functions in a freestanding Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) licensed for 26 beds and operating under CMS IRF regulations. This role requires active collaboration with clinical and operational leadersip and regular interaction with interdisciplinary staff. SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION: This position is a designated as “Safety Sensitive Position” under Act 593 of the State of Arkansas. An employee who is under the influence of Marijuana constitutes a threat to Patients/customers who Conway Regional is responsible for in providing and supporting the delivery health care related services Qualifications Registered Nurse with current, active license to practice in Arkansas, required Proof of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, required. Master's degree preferred. IRF or PPS experience strongly preferred. Minimum of three years of experience in nursing practice required Minimum 3 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute care Demonstrated experience in education, quality improvement, or clinical leadership
