KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
This position requires all of the knowledge and experience of the Rehabilitation Office Technician II, plus additional high level skills such as coordination of patient scheduling, triaging for patient waitlists, upper level billing tasks, creating administrative staff workflows and processes, effective training and coaching techniques, and high emotional intelligence skills for managing patient and staff issues.
To maximize department productivity through office management and superior customer service skills. To support and promote the professional image of the Rehabilitation Department through efficient, helpful interactions with all clients. To oversee billing and patient accounting for the Rehabilitation Department in a professional, client friendly, accurate manner. To delegate appropriate daily office activities to the Rehabilitation Aide and Rehabilitation Office Tech and follow up/monitor completion.
