We are seeking a dependable and motivated Rehab Aide to support our physical and occupational therapy staff and help patients achieve their recovery goals. Position Summary The Rehab Aide plays a vital role in the daily operations of our rehabilitation services by assisting therapists, preparing treatment areas, and ensuring a positive experience for every patient. Key Responsibilities Assist physical and occupational therapists with patient treatments and exercises under supervision Prepare, clean, and maintain treatment areas and equipment Escort patients to and from treatment areas Monitor patients during therapy sessions and report concerns to clinical staff Support front-desk and administrative tasks as needed (scheduling, stocking supplies, laundry) Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming clinic environment Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Interest in healthcare, rehabilitation, or physical therapy preferred Prior experience as a Rehab Aide, Therapy Aide, or in a healthcare setting is a plus (not required) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Dependable, professional, and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Hands-on experience in a rehabilitation setting Supportive team environment
