REHABILITATION AIDE-CLIENT CARE SPECIALIST

Job Type: Part-Time, Mon-Fri, Clinic Hours 7am-7pm,
Primary Location: Lincoln Park– 2555 N Clark St, Chicago, IL 60614
Be open to travel as needed to help with coverage to Old Town, Logan Square, Irving Park

15-20 HOURS PER WEEK

  • *THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION- UP TO ABOUT 20 HOURS PER WEEK- LOOKING FOR AVAILABILITY FROM 12pm - 7:00pm

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school graduate and/or intern preferred
  • Work Experience: Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred

Responsibilities
  • Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments as directed by PT or PTA, assists front desk with administrative duties
  • Provides routine treatments, such as hot/cold packs, and other modalities as directed
  • Cleans & Sanitizes work area and equipment after treatment
  • Washes linens/towels, folds, and maintains linen cabinets
  • Maintaining restrooms and other areas such as windows as needed. Restocks with paper towels, tissue paper, soap, and supplies and other light house keeping
  • Assists client care specialist with answering phones, scheduling appointments, data entry into EMR system, and filing as needed
  • Assists in collecting payments for physical therapy services
  • Assist client care specialist with keeping track of both non-medical and medical supplies for the clinic and may order inventor
