At Community Hospice, we’re proud to be a trusted local charity. Our multidisciplinary teams work across community – in patients homes, on our inpatient unit, through outpatient clinics and at our local hospital. Wherever people are, we’re there to help them live well for as long as possible.
You’ll lead a team of Occupational therapists, physiotherapists, wellbeing support workers and potentially other allied healthcare professionals.
