• Provide, support maintenance and maintain inventory of equipment in the LTC- wheelchairs, walkers, slings, lifts etc.
• Assist in planning, organizing & implementing upper extremity program for residents
• Assist and collaborate as co-lead in SALT and fall prevention program
• Maintain appropriate resident and department records including evaluation of programs detailing resident’s participation
• Ability of use computer, internet and complete documentation in Point Click Care and Activity Pro
• Assist with environmental scans for new residents moving into LTC
• Maintain effective communication & good interpersonal relationships with residents, families, staff and volunteers
• Promotes & supports a team environment
