Description

Salius Rehab Inc, is looking to team up with an amazing, compassionate Rehabilitation Assistant to work in residential care in Sechelt, BC. This opportunity would require relocation to the Sunshine coast if you are not currently living in the area.
Salius Rehab’s Elder Care division assists clients living in residential care facilities live healthy, happy and fulfilling lives. Our team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Rehabilitation Assistants and Kinesiologists have extensive experience in a variety of areas including Geriatric care, Vestibular Therapy, Manual Therapy, Osteopathy, Brain Injuries and Chronic condition management
Having Geriatric/Neurological experience, basic knowledge of the public and private health care systems, basic and/advanced seating management experience or a willingness to learn/grown in these areas is an asset

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Diploma from PTA/OTA/Rehabilitation Assistant program or Internationally trained PT or OT
  • Proficient with working with Microsoft Office
  • Compassion to work with Clients with multiple/complex medical conditions
