You will assist with preparing treatment areas. You will assist with resident transport. You will chart accurately and maintain records, in a timely manner. Requirements Rehabilitation Aide Qualifications: Current and valid nursing assistant certification in the State of Illinois. Previous experience in skilled nursing, preferred. No abuse records. Rehabilitation experience, preferred. The ability to read and write. The ability to understand and follow written and oral directions. Ability to communicate and work well with residents and staff members.

Responsibilities

The Rehabilitation Associate will assist residents during rehabilitation sessions and help prepare the necessary treatment areas. Responsibilities also include facilitating resident transport and ensuring accurate and timely charting and record maintenance.
