Job Description How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives: Conducting occupational therapy assessments, activities of daily functional capacity, home and workplace ergonomic and equipment needs. Designing and delivering meaningful intervention programmes that build functional capacity and independence. Developing tailored rehabilitation plans and return to work strategies. Identifying barriers and implementing practical evidence-based solutions. Navigating multiple funding schemes to empower client recovery. Collaborating with your clients, their families, medical teams, employers and other key stakeholders. Qualifications What you bring to the role? A recognised degree in Occupational Therapy and a current AHPRA registration. A genuine desire to make a measurable impact in people’s lives. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders. A customer first mindset with a focus on quality outcomes. Confidence working independently in the community.
