Job Description How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives: Undertaking assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans. Designing and implementing intervention programmes using occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work capacity Identifying barriers and designing, implementing and monitoring programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation Understanding a variety of healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empowering your clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals Liaising with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes Qualifications What you’ll bring to the role: Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work.
