Job Description Join a dynamic, passionate and highly skilled Shepparton team. You will make a valuable contribution as a Rehabilitation Consultant. This is a great opportunity to work across the Northern Victoria region across Shepparton and surrounds. Some of your day to day includes: Work collaboratively with injured workers, potential employers, and your internal team of allied health professionals to provide safe, sustainable opportunities for workers to re-enter the workforce; Provide vocational counselling services to support injured workers utilising your motivational interviewing skills. Contribute to injured workers ability to achieve return to work goals through job skills development, confidence building and promoting independence; Apply and deliver customer service in employment services and job placement; Empower clients to effectively present their skills and abilities when seeking employment; Build strong relationships with local employers and organisations; Complete written progress and various other reports on a regular basis. Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy or Occupational Therapy. Full AHPRA registration or Full ESSA Accreditation or eligibility to obtain Experience in Occupational and/ or Vocational Rehabilitation is highly desirable Strong resume writing skills with an understanding of local labour market; A passion for assisting people to gain employment and enhance their careers; The ability to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers; Current driver licence and motor vehicle.
