Job Description How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives: Undertaking assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans Designing and delivering meaningful intervention programmes that build functional capacity and independence. Developing tailored rehabilitation plans and return to work strategies. Identifying barriers and implementing practical evidence-based solutions. Navigating multiple funding schemes to empower client recovery. Undertaking psychological assessments to determine client recovery needs and goals. Undertaking adjustment to injury counselling. Completing Vocational Assessments. Collaborating with your clients, their families, medical teams, employers and other key stakeholders Qualifications What you bring to the role?
