BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Rehabilitation Manager (Speech-Language Pathologist, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist) to lead our Senior Living home health team in Gaithersburg, MD. What You’ll Do As a Rehabilitation Manager, you will: Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of rehabilitation clinicians to deliver exceptional patient care Supervise and support field-based therapists Facilitate new-hire orientation and onboarding for rehabilitation staff Coordinate and/or deliver clinical in-services and ongoing training Promote high clinical, ethical, and safety standards in alignment with BAYADA’s mission What We’re Looking For Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Physical Therapist (PT), or Occupational Therapist (OT) Home Health experience required, including strong OASIS field experience Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills A passion for mentoring clinicians and improving patient outcomes Why Join BAYADA?
