Job Requirements: Education and Work Experience: * High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred * Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred Essential Functions: * Schedules patients and responds to patient/therapist requests. Maintains patient schedules and obtains pertinent information, while verifying accuracy, recording in appropriate scheduling screens, confirming appointments and following authorization procedures. Follows up on cancellations and no-shows. * Provides quality customer service. Provides professional customer service in challenging situations. * Maintains and organizes information systematically for easy retrieval. * Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
