Responsibilities of the Rehabilitation Services Associates (RSA): Collaborate with consumer and treatment team in facilitating therapeutic treatment plans Implement therapeutic care plans and activities in a compassionate and caring manner Recognize, note, and inform treatment team when a consumer is not at their baseline of symptoms and behaviors Assist medical treatment team as assigned Help check in all newly admitted consumers and readmissions, as well as assist in the transfer of consumers to different rooms Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA Other related duties as assigned Greenwood Care is a 24/7 facility dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals affected by chronic psychiatric disorders.
