Responsibilities of the Rehabilitation Services Associates (RSA) Monitor behaviors and intervene if there are conflicts Assess situations and report concerning behaviors or health concerns to Mental Health Professionals and/or nursing Keep area clean and organized Decatur Manor is accredited by the Joint Commission and licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDHP).
