Mosaic Art Studio is a dynamic and fast-growing company offering unique art workshops and cultural experiences. Our mission is to celebrate and share art and culture with communities worldwide. We are expanding into Boston area and are looking for an experienced, strategic, and people-focused Regional Manager to lead our operations, grow our market presence, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Fine Arts or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of management experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or service industries.
  • Proven track record of launching or managing multi-unit operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $60,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Oversee workshops and daily operations to ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct in-studio, off-site or online workshops whenever needed.
  • Implement company policies, SOPs, and KPIs to monitor and improve performance.
  • Lead the setup and successful launch of our new brick-and-mortar studio in the Boston area.
  • Identify, secure, and prepare new pop-up locations for workshops.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a strong, motivated local team.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
