Bachelor's Degree (will consider equivalent with aligned work experience) 3+ years market access experience required, including payer coverage. 3+ years of experience working with field-based sales roles. Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time, including some weekends. (Depending upon location, driving within about 4 hours from home plus air travel, weekends: Fri.-Sat. 1X/2 mo., need to be near major airport hub.) 5+ years medical device industry experience. Hands-on experience with Salesforce (data management, workflow, reporting, integration, etc..) Background in a startup or high-growth environment. Strong problem solving and business acumen skills with an ability to work independently, manage priorities, develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Clear understanding and ability to navigate the prior authorization and appeals process with commercial payers. Understand technology assessment process for payer environment. Broad knowledge of payer systems, including risk management systems and provider contracting Ability to analyze payer data and trends that will drive strategic decisions for the development payer coverage. Ability to work cross functionally and adapt as the needs of the business change or evolve.
