Responsibilities Your Role: Reimbursement Specialist (In-Office)In this essential role, you’ll help drive our revenue cycle by navigating insurance appeals, resolving outstanding balances, and ensuring timely reimbursements. You’ll be part of a collaborative team where your contributions truly matter. What You'll Conquer: Pursue outstanding insurance claims with determination and persistence. Draft and submit persuasive appeal letters to overturn denials. Decode Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to identify and resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with insurers to file appeals and negotiate resolutions. Share insights and performance updates with the Collections Manager. Provide solutions to management for recurring payer issues. Qualifications What You Bring to the Team: 2+ years of medical collections experience. Proficiency with EOBs, CPT, and ICD-10 codes. Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations. Detail-oriented with fast and accurate data entry skills. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent required.
