THE BUSINESS

A rapidly growing ASX listed company, Genus Pole Foundations Australia Pty Ltd is a subsidiary of GenusPlus Group (GNP). Genus PFA is one of the market leaders in providing asset inspection and reinstatement services for entities and the private sector.
We are currently seeking experienced Reinstatement Officers to carry out pole reinforcement works (pole nailing) as part of major contracts within Genus PFA. You’ll be working on a structured 10 days on / 4 days off roster, flying in and out of different locations with your travel and accommodation covered.
This is a full-time, stable role under a strong EBA with great earning potential. This is a hands-on field role as part of a small mobile crew. You’ll work outdoors in regional remote areas, completing pole reinforcement works (also known as pole nailing), helping extend the life of power poles across the network.

• Reinforcing power poles using approved systems and tools
• Working safely and efficiently in rural and remote locations
• Following all safety and quality requirements on-site
• Contributing to a team focused on reliability, quality, and safety
