Description This position is primarily responsible for development, coordination, and oversight of Reintegration programs and support services for individuals in recovery from substance use. Responsibilities Develops and implements program services that address quality of care. Identifies service gaps and develops plans to address identified gaps. Participates in the development, coordination, and implementation of organizational policies and procedures. Works with the Director of Clinical Services to integrate all other department trainings that are either offered or required within the annual training schedule. Collaborates with the Director of Clinical Services to oversee the incident management systems in conjunction with the Special Review Committee to ensure regulatory compliance, minimize risks, and response to emerging trends. Participates in electronic record development with managers, direct service staff, and IT department. Provides leadership and direction to the agency’s Reintegration programs. Responds to emergencies, and provides resolution with the collaboration of the Director of Clinical Services and assists with follow-up investigations and recommendations, as well as ensuring regulatory compliance. Supervises managers of assigned programs. Oversees hiring of these managers and program coverage during vacancy or emergencies. Requirements QHP or CASAC required. Bachelor’s degree in a social sciences, mental health or human relations field conferred by a college or university whose course concentration is acceptable by the state education department. A minimum of three years’ full-time experience in the areas of administration, program development, and supervision of substance abuse and mental health programs. Must possess a New York State driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record & reliable automobile.
